If you need help deciding on what services would be best for you, please do not hesitate to give us a call or text at 407-801-1136. You can also e-mail me at KontourMe@gmail.com. Please be sure to send me photos of the area you want to address. We will work through this together to help you achieve your goals. If you decide to schedule an in person consultation, and book a same day appointment, the amount paid for the consultation will go towards the balance for that day. If you book an in person consultation and book for a different day, the amount paid does NOT go towards that booked service. If there is time after your consultation, we may be able to start a service.

If this is your first time, please arrive 5 to 10 minutes before your appointment time to fill out paperwork. This is very important.

We love cleanliness and following the CDC, so please wash your hands before and after your appointment. If you are feeling sick, please reschedule your appointment. For the safety of everyone, masks must be worn throughout your appointment! Right now, I’m only accepting clients one appointment at a time. Please don’t bring any extra guests unless scheduled for a consultation. Please be advise temperature checks will happen upon entry.

All services are secured with a credit or debit card. The card will remain on file.

Every client is important, so we reserve this time especially for you! Please give us at least a 24 hour notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment so we may keep the schedule flowing and service everyone in a timely manner. 

If you cancel or reschedule after the 24 hour period, 50% of the service will be charged with the card on file. If you cancel, no show, or reschedule within 8 hours of your appointment time, 100% of the service will be charged. No show equals no service ever. 

If you are scheduled in the office, and you cancel or reschedule, the same policy applies. Your card on file will be charged NO EXCEPTIONS. 

Please be on time for your appointment. There is a grace period of 10 minutes. After the 10 minutes, your appointment may be rescheduled and your booking fee will be forfeited and your card will still be charged for the remaining balance of the service. Calling, emailing or any form of communication to notify lateness does not invalidate this policy. It still applies.

If you have any concerns or questions about your health, you should always consult with a physician or other health-care professional. Do not disregard, avoid or delay obtaining medical or health related advice from your health-care professional. The use of any information provided in this program is solely at your own risk.

IMPORTANT TIPS TO AID YOUR EXPERIENCE

FOR MEDICAL REASONS: DO NOT COME IF YOU ARE ON YOUR MENSTRUAL CYCLE.

DO NOT BOOK AN APPOINTMENT FOR THE WEEK OF YOUR PERIOD FOR MOST SERVICES.

• If your session is a Booty Boost Session or Breast Lift, you can still come on your cycle.
• Drink plenty of water before and after treatment(s). Drink at least 2 liters of water each day leading up to your appointments and at least 48 hours after. Tea can be an exception (PLEASE DO NOT ADD ANYTHING TO IT) PLAIN TEA ONLY
• Don’t eat two (2) to four (4) hours prior to treatments(s) and up to 1 hour after your appointment.
• Perform physical activity following each treatment to maximize your results at least 30 mins to 1 hour daily to see optimal results.
• Manager caloric intake; excess calories will counteract the laser treatments
• Alcoholic beverages and high sugar content drinks must be avoided before and after treatment(s)
• Body contouring results could be noticed immediately or up to three days after.
• If we are working on the mid section, please bring in your waist trainer. I will help you put it on. If you do not have one, you may purchase one from me. (while supplies last)

Day of the appointment, please do not come in jeans, if you we are working on your waist area.

Please be advised: Every individual is different and results may vary. For clients with lower levels of cellulite, the treatment could get rid of it entirely, but some with higher levels of cellulite, the treatment will simply reduce the appearance. The numbers of procedures needed will depend on the person and the levels they fall under.
