Body contouring classes are now available and are from 8:30-3:30. We have so much to cover, so please make all the necessary arrangements to be on time.  

Can’t make the group class? No worries, private classes are available and are set for Tuesdays. If you need a different day, please feel free to contact us and we may be able to make those arrangements.
