 Are refunds available if I can’t attend?

No, all ticket sales are non-refundable.

-Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?Yes, tickets may be transferable if you can no longer attend.To request a transfer, please email kontourme@gmail.com with the subject line:“Transfer Request for Pajama Party 11/7/25.”

Your email must include:

• Your full name
• Your phone number
• The name, phone number, and email of the person you’re transferring the ticket to

-Is my transfer automatically approved? Not necessarily. Transfer requests are not guaranteed and are subject to approval.

-Is there a deadline for transfer requests?

Yes — transfer requests made within 72 hours of the event are unlikely to be granted. 

-What happens if my transfer request is approved?

The person receiving the transfer will need to complete the Pajama Party Event Form, just like all other attendees.If the transfer is granted, a unique code will be emailed to them to enter into the form.The new attendee must fill out the form within 24 hours of receiving the code to finalize the transfer.
